Seminars

NOVA is committed to organizing and presenting legal seminars twice annually for the improvement of attorneys and non-attorney agents.  These seminars are intended for practitioners to the area of veterans’ disability law, as well as the more advanced practitioners.  The seminars are designed to clarify the procedural appellate process and provide current legal forms, as well as practical advice regarding the handling of a veterans’ case.  The training is intended to increase legal knowledge, enhance competence and develop expertise in representing veterans before the CAVC, the BVA, and the Regional Offices of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
