NOVA is committed to organizing and presenting legal seminars twice annually for the improvement of attorneys and non-attorney agents.  These seminars are intended for practitioners new to the area of veterans’ disability law, as well as for the more advanced practitioners. NOVA's seminars are designed to to provide practical advice regarding the handling of a veteran's claim and the resulting appeal. Presenters at NOVA seminars explain and clarify the most recent cases, statutes and regulations; provide guidance in VA and court procedures; and offer helpful forms, background materials and medical studies.
